Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen checkers fries

Instructions

  • First, preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  • Then, remove the checker's fries from the bag and place a handful in the air fryer basket. Do Not Crowd Them, leave some space for the air to move between the fries. Depending on the size of your air fryer you can easily fry one serving.
  • Now, air fry for 7 minutes. Remove the basket and give the fries a shake. Make sure they move around really well.
  • Place the basket back in and cook the remaining 7 minutes.
  • Air fryer times do vary because the wattages are different but the fries should be crispy and done in 15 minutes or less.
  • Remove the cooked checker's fries and serve.

Notes

Temperature: Most recipes recommend 400°F, but you can adjust slightly (380-420°F) depending on desired crispness.
Preheating: Optional, but preheating ensures even cooking.
Thawed Fries: Not recommended as they won't crisp up as well.
Overcrowding: Avoid it! This prevents even cooking and crisping.
Shaking: Do it halfway through for even browning.
Cooking Time: Varies slightly by Air Fryer, so start with 15 minutes and adjust if needed.
