When you want a strong snake juice recipe drink, one of those strong enough to forget your ex (and maybe even your home address), try preparing this snake diet. Elsewhere it is known as a “snake bite,” and believe me, it lives up to its name.

In the consistently changing universe of diets, it’s typical for patterns to go back and forth from celery juice to the crude food diet.

The dubious snake juice diet recipe was established via mentor Cole Robinson which follows the same way winds live.

With a high percentage of alcohol, you won’t know what stings you after drinking it! Make this snake bite drink only if you dare to take something truly strong.

Here I have brought you the original drink and two variants for you to try and test which one you like the best.

There are two different types of snake recipes. The first one as you have read in the introduction is a potent alcoholic drink consumed for recreational purposes only.

The 2nd one is part of an elaborate modern diet system known as a snake diet.

Snake Juice Recipe and Snake Diet

Under the premise of losing weight quickly, unconventional nutritional plans appear from time to time that devastate all those people who want to lose weight as soon as possible.

This is the case, for example, with the snake diet.

It is a regime that has become very popular on social networks, especially on Instagram and promises to end those extra kilos in a very short time.

Although at first glance it seems an effective method, the truth is that it can put the health of those who follow it at risk. This is all you need to know about the snake diet and why you should avoid it.

What is a Snake Diet?

The snake diet has been intended to emulate how wild creatures eat. The thought is that you eat one huge supper and afterward quickly for the remainder of the day or even a few days

This sinister name diet is the latest ‘hype’ in weight-loss regimens. And no, it’s not about eating snakes.

The snake diet is a three-part plan, a detox period, a fasting stage, and a maintenance phase. Its name is because it imitates the feeding pattern of wild animals. It promotes one large meal a day and fasting for the rest of the time.

Its founder Cole Robinson is quite radical and makes statements like: “If you are a fat woman, you don’t need to eat.”

There are Established Strategies to Follow

  • Start by basing your meals around good quality.
  • Become more aware of hunger cues.
  • Create accountability and community around food.
  • Explore nutrient timing with a low-carb and Keto approach.
  • Dabble with intermittent fasting if it’s deemed healthy for you to do so.

How Does it Work?

With this diet, you are supposed to fast for the first 48 hours and only drink a liquid called Snake Juice Diet Recipe.

The original snake recipe consists of water, sea salt, and potassium chloride. Your goal is to keep electrolytes normal during fasting. Those two days are followed by a diet high in fat and low in carbohydrates.

But the fat cannot come from meat in any case it must be of vegetable origins, such as olive oil and avocado. The goal is to keep the body in a state of ketosis.

Something that will already sound familiar to you because it is the goal of most fat diets.

A strategy that does not quite convince many nutritionists. To achieve results with any diet, the emotional aspect is important.

How to make Snake Juice for a Snake Diet?

If you mix the following ingredients in the given proportions, then you can prepare the snake juice diet recipe.

But I would not recommend it. I would rather drink the snakebite or snake juice given at the end of the article.

Following are different variants of the Snake Recipe for fasting:

1. The Recipe for Snake Juice

  1. Water = 2L
  2. Potassium chloride = 1 tsp (No Salt)
  3. Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp (Himalayan Pink Salt)
  4. Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp (Baking Soda – Redmill Brand)
  5. Magnesium Sulphate (Optional) = 1/2 tsp (Food Grade Epsom Salts)

Mix all these ingredients in a similar ratio and you will get your hands on snake juice.

It is an electrolyte that increases fat resorption in your body. During fasting, corrosive PH levels deteriorate the fatty tissues in the body.

2. The Recipe of Snake Diet Juice

How much weight can you lose with this snake diet juice? In the first week, you can lose as much as 2 pounds of weight every day. After a week the number decreases to 0.7 pounds per day.

Such rapid weight loss makes this diet quite dangerous. Plus, after leaving the diet you can quickly get back to your previous weight.

How to make e snake recipe using it? Simple mix the ingredients mentioned above in the following ratios:

  1. Water = 2L
  2. Potassium chloride = 1 tsp (No Salt)
  3. Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp (Himalayan Pink Salt)
  4. Magnesium Sulphate (Optional) = 1/2 tsp (Food Grade Epsom Salts)

3. Recipe for Snake Juice mixed Drink

  1. Prepare the espresso and let it cool down
  2. Add 1.5 tbsp brown sugar to a separate glass
  3. Add the espresso to this brown sugar and mix it properly
  4. Put the gin, rum, and Kahlua in a ratio of 1:2:1
  5. Serve

4. Super Snake Recipe

This is an extreme form of diet where the user drinks his urine in a loop.

The users believe that urine contains important nutrients. Even though that is not the case. You need to drink your urine again and again without any other food intake.

5. Extreme Snake Juice

In this diet, you are allowed to drink fresh water along with snake juice. But it is a little extreme and can lead to diarrhea.

  • 1-liter water
  • Potassium chloride 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 2 tsp

Mix all of these ingredients and drink as much as you can. This formula can be quite bad for your kidney so consult your doctor before ingesting it.

6. Healthy Kidney Friendly alternative

This is a healthy option for losing weight. But you should not consume it for more than two glasses a day.

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Potassium chloride =1 tsp

Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp

Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp

Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp

Ingredient Guide for Snake Diet Lovers

All the ingredients are potent only in certain forms and you can not use alternatives. The specific forms of these ingredients are:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: Raw and organic
  • Potassium chloride: Do not use cream form

Is it effective?

In the short term, the diet makes you lose weight because there is a significant drop in calories and the body enters the aforementioned ketosis.

But like any other restrictive diet, the difficult thing is not to regain those lost kilos.

Eating only once a day disrupts the routine of most people and is an emotional challenge beyond obvious changes in schedules and diet.

Is it worth trying?

Snake Juice with protien

Well, no nutritionist would recommend it. Especially because of how Cole Robinson tries to motivate his followers whom he calls in his videos: “Hello, chubby”, repeating the word fucking with unusual frequency.

Also, being on a restrictive diet, the risk of having a yo-yo effect, and causing great personal frustration is quite high. There are ways to lose weight without feeling miserable and “chubby.”

Snake Juice or Snake Bite Recipe

  • 60 ml of whiskey with honey flavor
  • 15 ml of lime juice

  • Add both ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake for about 10 seconds, until well mixed.
  • Strain the drink into a shot glass.

Variant 1: The Cobra

This drink tastes more like a fruity cocktail than a forceful shot, although it’s both.

So watch out for this Cobra drink!

40 ml of:

  • almond liqueur, such as Amaretto
  • whiskey
  • coconut rum
  • peach liqueur
  • cherry liqueur
  • orange liqueur or triple sec and
  • 10 ml of vodka
  • 30 ml of pineapple juice

  • Combine all the alcoholic ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass. Add the pineapple juice on top.

Variant # 2: British Snakebite

Anyone can make this drink, even without cocktail experience.

The British snakebite drink doesn’t require a shaker or ice, just a simple glass of beer – fill half of the glass with any dried cider.

Then fill the rest of the glass with any dark beer (like dark beer). Drink and enjoy!

Frequently Asked Questions

By eating so little, “your body will respond with cravings and eventually you’ll overeat,” Rumsey says. Not only that, the whole thing is pretty dangerous. A day’s worth of Snake Juice contains a whopping 4,000 mg sodium—nearly double the amount you should be consuming in a day.

The Snake Diet is not backed by evidence and is incredibly unsafe. While Robinson claims that Snake Juice meets all of your micronutrient needs, each 5-gram packet provides only 27% and 29% of the Daily Values (DVs) for sodium and potassium, respectively.

If you use premade packets of powdered electrolyte mix to make snake juice, the diet’s guidelines recommend having no more than three packets per day. If you make your own mixture at home, there are no clear instructions for how much to consume.

Most snake venoms contain proteolytic enzymes. These enzymes catalyze the digestion of tissue proteins and peptides into amino acids. Proteolytic enzymes can be classified into two major groups: metalloproteases and serine proteases, which affect the hemostatic system through different mechanisms.

The initial fast is supposed to last for 48 hours. Subsequent fasting times may vary afterward, with a minimum of 24 hours. Additionally, dieters are only to drink Snake Juice during any fasting time—regardless of the time spent fasting.

In traditional Chinese medicine, snake oil was used to relieve pain and inflammation and treat arthritis and bursitis. This is due to the high Omega-3 fatty acid content of Chinese water snakes, which, when used appropriately, can work as an anti-inflammatory.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, Snake Juice serves as a meticulously formulated electrolyte solution, catering to individuals engaging in fasting or ketogenic dietary protocols.

It is strongly advised to seek guidance from healthcare professionals to ensure the compatibility of Snake Juice with specific health objectives and well-being. Here’s to the conscientious pursuit of hydration and electrolyte equilibrium in the pursuit of individual health and dietary goals.
