Earth + Ocean (e+o) Food and Drink (, is the latest restaurant concept from Chef Rodelio Aglibot and partners Aeron Lancero and Paul Lee. The casual dining restaurant is both chef and customer experience driven, bringing a lifestyle-savvy yet approachable city vibe to the community and surrounding northwest suburbs. E+O will have a broad menu that includes a raw bar, shared plates, pastas and signature entrees including hand selected seafood, local and naturally sourced proteins and vegetables are central to the New American, melting pot-inspired menu and raw/sushi bar

E+O (125 Randhurst Village Drive, Mount Prospect, IL) is open seven days a week. Lunch is served Monday  Friday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Dinner hours are Sunday – Thursday 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday & Saturday 3 p.m. to midnight. Ricotta-Spinach Dumplings Recipe

2 kg ricotta cheese
6 egg yolk
4 egg whole
½ kg dry minced cooked spinach
200 gram parmesan cheese, fine grated
325 gram all purpose flour
20 grams Nutmeg
2 tbs Salt
tsp Pepper

-Combine flour, pepper, salt, pepper and nutmeg together
-Beat up all the eggs together with parmesan cheese and ricotta cheese
-Fold in both mixtures together. Then keep refrigerate till need
-Scoop into 1 oz balls and form
-then cook in simmering water about 5 minutes or until they float
-remove and let air cool
